An original botanical pressing by aquatic artist and researcher Mieke Schuyler. Potamogeton robbinsii is a perennial herb found in deep to shallow, quiet, often muddy waters of lakes, ponds, and rivers. It exists all over the world with the highest concentration in the northeastern United States. This particular species, P. robbinsii is a bit promiscuous and tends to cross with other irresistible Potamogetons naturally in the wild, creating new characters.
